With a MartialFit.com membership you have access to information that is only accessible with a MartialFit account.  Registering is easy and free to our students, go to the Students page and follow the directions to request an account. To take part in and comment in the forums you must also register on the forums page. More info

Childrens Martial Arts Program

This is a seven week program that Sensei Keyes has designed to help younger students learn the importance of things like courtesy and respect.  Contact us to arrange a program for your school or organization.

Private Training

When you need that extra motivation or you are unable to participate in regular classes, this is a great opportunity for your personal training! A private lesson can focus on fitness, kata, sparring, or self defense. Seminars

We at MartialFit love to teach martial arts, it's our passion. We offer seminars to current students and groups interested in learning about martial arts, fitness or personal safety.
