Training in MartialFit can create a healthy lifestyle that will last a lifetime.

A well rounded training program will create balance in our lives.

A life that is lead with balance and harmony will have vast unexpected rewards

 

Class Tips

  1. Always drink plenty of water throughout the day prior to your MartialFit Training class.  You will need to be hydrated to get the most out of your training.
  2. Do your best.  A lot will be asked of you during your training, if you always do your best, you can't go wrong.
  3. When in doubt, smile.  A smile will help relax your mind and body.
  4. Always shower after class.  Not just because you will get sweaty but because your sweat will contain toxins that your body has released and unless you get those off your skin they can lead to blemishes and other skin problems.
  5. If you have a question but don't have time to ask your instructor you can ask in the forums.  The MartialFit.com forums are here as a resource for you to get the most out of your training.
